Terms of Service

Draft: this document describes how the service actually handles data today. It will be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

The service

We check publicly available web pages you choose and notify you about the changes you configure. Some sites limit or block automated checks, so we can't guarantee every page can be monitored.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the pages you choose to monitor.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to overload websites, to monitor pages you're not permitted to access, or for anything unlawful. We may pause monitors that cause problems.

Plans, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via PayPal. Trials last 14 days, once per user and workspace. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Availability

We aim for reliable checks and alerts but provide the service as is. Prices and stock shown come from third-party sites and may be inaccurate.

Changes

We'll notify you by email about material changes to these terms.
